Brian Vertesch

Brian graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Landscape Architecture and began his professional journey in the Palm Beaches in 1995. From Florida, the Bahamas, the Carolinas, and the Midwest, Brian has conceived and realized award winning landscapes across residential estates and civic realms.
His work is featured in numerous publications, reveals a disciplined commitment to classical traditions adapted to cultural and ecological practices of place. In addition to traditional practice, he also co-authored a distinguished book on the gardens of Palm Beach, further demonstrating his commitment to exploring and sharing the narratives of place.
Molly Vertesch

Molly Vertesch is a landscape designer with over two decades of experience in landscape architecture and community design with projects in the Caribbean, North and South Carolina and throughout South Florida. She brings a refined design sensibility and deep understanding of environmental stewardship to every project.
A Florida Native, Molly combined her family’s backgrounds in horticulture, wildlife ecology, interior design and art into a career that suited her talents and interests. Molly attended the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelors of Landscape Architecture and graduated with high honors. After graduating, Molly amassed experience at top firms in Palm Beach and Jupiter Island before joining her husband in their own practice.
Molly has played a key role in numerous award-winning projects, including Evergrene in Palm Beach Gardens—the first Audubon International Certified Gold Signature Sanctuary community in Florida. Her work spans luxury residential estates, historic preservation sites, educational campuses, and large-scale community developments.
